Warning at install any plugin or theme

  • I want install some plugins and themes but when I try always fails the message is:

    Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 189

    I install 5times 3.1.3version, 3times 3.1version and 3times 3.1.1version, all times I install WP when I want to install plugins show me this warning ??

    Please I need your help, I can’t any without plugins!

    some weeks ago my WP was working perfect but this week I don’t know what’s happend? ??
