    Hi,

I tried to install WP Edit plugin instead of Ultimate TinyMCE (because there was an notice, Ultimate TinyMCE will become outdated).

I disabled Ultimate TinyMCE, installed and activated WP Edit and when I try to create a new post, there are no buttons and in the middle of the screen there is an error:

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in ….(removed full path)…\wp-content\plugins\wp-edit\includes\style_formats.php on line 930

Any idea wht could be wrong? I have WordPress 4.1.1 and all plugins and themes updated.

    Hello,
    I apologize for the inconvenience.

Did you enable the option to use the “predefined styles”? (editor tab)

    Yes. Still the same.

    Thank you.
I actually meant, did you have it enabled before you submitted this ticket?

    But that’s okay ??

Now, disable that option; and see if the warning goes away.

I’m trying to narrow down exactly what is throwing that warning.

    Thanks.

OK, I disabled it – the same warning remains.

BTW, I found out that in Google Chrome (on Windows) toolbars (while adding new post) are not visible.

On the other side – latest version of Firefox under Linux and Windows works just fine.

Hmm… Okay; I’ll have to do some further testing.

Let’s try one more thing from your end.
    1) Go to the WP Edit settings page (Database tab).
    2) Click the button to restore plugin defaults.

Please let me know if that does anything.

    What theme are you using?
Can you try switching your theme briefly to see if the issue persists?

    No, it i the same.

    I am using theme Striker.

    Okay, I’ll test this completely.

I have a pretty busy day, today… and won’t be on the computer much. I’ll test this as soon as I return tonight.

Thank you for your time and patience.

    Hmm… I know it’s been a while; and I apologize.

Do you still see the warnings with the newest plugin version?
