Thanks for sharing the system status report.

In the thread that you’ve shared and the Github link here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/22176, users mention that woocommerce_helper_data option in the database was corrupted.

You could try dropping/deleting the row with the option name woocommerce_helper_data:

Once done, you could reconnect your site with WooCommerce.com by going to WooCommerce > Extensions > My Subscriptions, this will regenerate the woocommerce_helper_data option with correct data.

Deleting that row helped, the error is gone. I don’t think that the subscriptions was connected but it’s possible that it was connected at some point and that’s why the data was corrupt.
