    That’s understandable. Can you agree to give a definite commitment to purchase it if I do fix it? Experience on this side of the fence shows that approaching 100% of people who say “I might purchase…” don’t!

    I will definitely goto No Adverts for $10…sorry but $25 or $55 for dropbox backup is prohibitively expensive

    Understood.

    Conversely, I can’t take the risk of spending hours on finding out if there’s a quirk of your hosting environment, or a genuine bug, which is preventing your backups from running. If it is a bug, then in future someone else may report it and it will get fixed, and you will benefit when the update comes out. But until then, I can’t afford any more time on this thread.

    I will add this report to my list. If future revenues from sales give me enough time, I can re-investigate. For now though, the previous error report which I fixed for you turned out to be a faulty hosting environment, and it seems like you’re not minded to purchase anyway, so you know how it is.
