  • Just installed a fresh copy of WordPress on a new domain and when this plugin is enabled, I get the warning/notice below.

    Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the sg-cachepress domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information.     • WordPress v6.7 a clean installation
    • Active theme: any theme even Twenty Twenty-Five
    • Plugins: none other than SG Cachepress and SG Optimizer. Enabling this plugin throws the message

  • Ditto. The notice goes away if you switch to US English and/or disable WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY.

    But, IMHO, it’s a bug that needs fixing.
