Warning after upgrade

Since upgrading my plugin to version 2.6.1, my form is no longer submitting to Salesforce and I’m getting the following on the form edit page, right above the “Form Settings” section.

Warning: Wrong parameter count for trim() in /home/content/38/5161238/html/silveradostages/wp-content/plugins/salesforce-wordpress-to-lead/lib/salesforce_admin.class.php on line 759

Nothing has changed on my site other than the plugin upgrade. I tried upgrading all my plugins and upgrading WordPress to 4.1 and the error persists. I also tried adding the debug field but no errors showed up on form submission. Are these two problems related? What should my next step be?
