Warning after updating to 2.0.8 & Compare no longer working

  • I’ve been receiving the below warning on my site since updating the woocommerce yit compare plugin from 2.0.6 to 2.0.8:

    json_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string array given plugins/yith-woocommerce-compare/includes/class.yith-woocommerce-frontend.php on line 95

    I’m also now unable to compare products – I just get a loading gif when I click the Compare icon.

    Can anyone help me out please?

    This Plugin won’t install, I know you are saying its installed but it’s not? Are you saying I should delete it from the server and re-install?

    Hi,
    for this problem json_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string array given plugins/yith-woocommerce-compare/includes/class.yith-woocommerce-frontend.php on line 95 the only solution is to clear cookie from browser.

    For the installation problem, it’s very strange, at this point my suggestion is to delete manually folder from server and reinstall it.
