[WARNING] (503) Error & Empty Dropbox reply

Starting yesterday I’m getting 2 new warnings when I do a back up:
[WARNING] (503) Your app is making too many requests and is being rate limited. 503s can trigger on a per-app or per-user basis. Wait for 1 seconds.
and secondly;
[ERROR] DropBox API: (52) Empty reply from server
It still shows the backup gets transferred at the bottom, but wondering if there’s something I need to fix ? I haven’t noticed any 503 errors on my site.
