Warn when new image dimensions are created.

This is a suggestion.
Note that, when installing a new plugin, or changing the configuration on an existing plugin, new image sizes are added to the thumbnail creation list.

If we don’t realize this, the site will be creating these images for a long time.

How about a feature where if new formats are added, they are disabled until we can review and decide whether to enable them or not.

A warning can be displayed whenever a new image dimension is added to the list, and so we moderate checking the plugin and deciding whether to allow the use of this size.

This will help a lot.
