Wapple Mobile plugin can't be initiated

I installed the Wapple Mobile plugin and went to fetch Dev key from their website, went through the registration process, in which I’m supposed to receive an email confirming registration and containing the key necessary for the plugin, but after several retries have still gotten nothing from them. I also submitted a tech request with my situation but no response from that either. I know they’re in the UK, but, you know, it’s an automated system… Do I bail on what otherwise sounds like a great plugin or what? Does anyone have input on a working installation of Wapple to tell me whether it’s worth it to continue the battle to obtain the key?
