Wants to compress everything

This plugin is great, but it wants to compress everything on upload. Uploading very large images break the process.

This plugin should give you the option to check/uncheck if you want images to be compressed on upload. or later using the bulk compress. I would rather compress the images later at my own time, instead of compressing right after upload where the process may break, and I end up without being able to upload an image.
