Wanting to “show” just single-line address on first page, but transfer all a

I want to have the address data fill into all the fields on my Step 2 page. The problem is it will not let me send a query string unless I have all of the address fields showing, not just single line address.

Is there a way for me to style the form so I can “hide” the extra fields in the address so I can still show just single line on my landing page, but still send the query string so it populates the full address on the next form?
