Wanting to remove author website/url field in the comments form

I’ve swam through code in my theme(Aspen), WordPress core files, and even checked jetpack files: still lost.

I would like to remove the website field from the comments form.
I have tried (useless) plugins that did nothing and after searching the forums and documentation and finding nothing that would help i’ve decided to see if anybody can help.

so does anyone have a solution? help would be appreciated.
