Wanted: WordPress Jedi (best from LA) with Facebook, Video & jQuery Fetish

Greetings!

We are now looking for such brave soul
A) to get our website ready for beta launch this week (must have up to 3 days available this week; regular payment, share in company/ profits or mixture thereof)
B) for ongoing optimization and care of our website – must be local (Los Angeles), on conscious path & love what we do (extremely generous compensation [almost] entirely in company or profit share – we want your everything for a few hours per week in turn for having at least all your bills paid and then some).

Our CLEAR preference is for this to be the same person, but not required, since we want site to be ready by end of this week. For same reason we will also consider you if you are highly qualified for 80%+ of our needs, but need a second developer for rest.

Project will go into beta launch within 10 days, expected highly profitable within 30 and equally exciting from a perspective of profits, making a real difference in hundreds of thousands of lives and evolving the way products are marketed online.

DETAILS ABOUT THIS WEEK’S NEEDS:

Time: up to 3 full days + little tweaks here and there

Project Features:

> WordPress-based membership site (s2member, multiple levels, full FB integration; immediately or later buddypress or ning.com integration)
> Highly focused on social sharing; need to constantly apply most advanced social plugins in most effective way (Goal is for site to be self-perpetuating in 7-day cycle = each visitor refers on average at least 1 new visitor in week 1)
> Sales funnel highly video-based (amazon s3, flowplayer; auto-load, play-triggered delay scripts, optimized load times etc)
Perfectionistic approach reg conversion, social functionality, visual interface (jQuery sooo sexy!!), UIs, site performance, SEO etc
> full translation of text version of entire site into dozens of languages (google translated, user editable), fully indexed and search engine optimized
> optimized in all relevant ways to provide highly advanced, trustworthy & attractive affiliate program
> made to be rapidly scalable and load time optimized with effective code & database

Developer Features

> Available for up to 3 days + tweaks if needed this week, to finish project for beta in one go
> Impressive WordPress portfolio (on at least one site with substantial, relevant customer feedback) & knowledge of exactly what tools and plugins to integrate to optimally serve above needs (this will make biggest difference for developer time needed, so show us what you know, will be primary factor for our decision – project will initially include very little custom coding); also great at customizing & optimizing said plugins and tying into custom UI where desired
> Deep understanding of FB integration, optimal use within site & most effective admin UI for marketing purposes
> Performance, scalability, and security expertise
> Communication skills, ability to clarify instructions as needed and then implement exactly as instructed without need for revisions; used to solid application of best practices
> for ease of communication & speed of completion we highly prefer developer from North America
> ideally you have solid background in php programming, wordpress AND marketing and great visual taste and understanding for UIs
