Wanted to change my directory, now everything is gone!! :(

I had my wp installed in the https://www.mysite.com/wp
Then I wanted it to pop up when I enter the adress https://www.mysite.comSo I follwed this one:

It just disappeared! Ho do I solve it, all I got is 404-errors
