Wanted Menu Widget Plugin

  • I have a site, where I want to add a menu widget to each post. The menu will consist of 4 options, A, B, C and D. Irrespective of the post the options will always be the same. However, if I click on A in one Post 1 I need to go to Page A1 and if I click on Post 53 I need to go to Page A53. This applies to all options B, C and D.

    Does anyone know of a Plugin that can do this.
