@aunpric The Yoast SEO plugin doesn’t generate the videoObject markup for videos. So, if you’re using any 3rd party plugins to add the schema for videos, then you won’t need to disable the Schema generated by the Yoast SEO.
When the Yoast SEO plugin is active, it generates the following Schema:
- Breadcrumbs
If you’re using the Yoast SEO breadcrumbs, the plugin adds RDFa markup to the breadcrumbs. While Google states they support the Schema.org markup for breadcrumbs at times and also has docs on microdata, we have found this to be the most reliable method of implementing breadcrumbs for rich snippets.
- Homepage for search
We add JSON+LD Schema for your search engine to your homepage.
That said, if you’re still wanting to disable the Yoast SEO generated Schema, please refer to the Yoast SEO API page to find the relevant hooks to disable the Schema.
