want to translate url

Hello ,

actually i want to rename url according to language but your SEO Pack addon only allow me to change post slug,

My requirement is i want to rename custom post type according to language,

For example in english URL is:– (https://wechalet.com/homes/2081)
In French i want (https://wechalet.com/frenchtext/2081)

How i can achieve this please let me know, also for more detail check screen shot (https://prntscr.com/mio3ol).
