    My website was working fine and properly. After installing your plugin, the functions on the homepage are broken and some things take minutes to open. I want it reinstated. What should I do about this?

    This plugin has been a very bad experience for me.!

    Thank you very much for contacting us – we are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in?Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

    To enable the test mode:

    1. Log in to your 10Web account
    2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
    3. To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
    4. In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
    5. Click on Enable to activate

    Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP,

    No, your test mode is not worked. Tried before, and tried again not worked. Now what should i do? Why My search box section is openning too slow? I deleted your plugin, nothing changed why? I don t want to uaw this site like this. I created a new page with elementor, still same…

    How do I get rid of the effect of your plugin? I really regret it.

    Currently 10Web Booster does not affect your website, thus I believe Test Mode is enabled. I face no issues on the website. Here is a recording.

    Will you please share some screenshots from the issue with us, so that we can try to reproduce the issue and help you?

    In addition, there are now several timeout errors on your page including an Elementor stylesheet timing out on your page – could you kindly check these issues?

    Guys, I guess I can’t explain my problem. I’m not saying 10Web is unsuccessful, but the site accelerated, but when I first entered my site, it opened the search tab instantly. Your app has delayed this and is not improving. Preload takes a long time.

    Booster is designed not to implement any permanent/irreversible changes in website’s source code and once it is disabled/test mode turned on all of the optimizations made by the plugin are reverted – you can compare view-source:https://starbor.com.tr/ (your live page’s source code now without Booster) to view-source:https://starbor.com.tr/?twbooster=1 (your page’s source code with Booster emulated) to see how they differ and ensure that no trace of Booster code is left on your live website,

    We highly recommend discussing the problem with Elementor support,

    Have you tried cross-checking view-source:https://starbor.com.tr/?(your live page’s source code now without Booster) to view-source:https://starbor.com.tr/?twbooster=1?(your page’s source code with Booster emulated) to see how they differ and ensure that no trace of Booster code is left on your live website?

    I implore your kind understanding – our plugin cannot affect website in any manner if it is disabled/put to test mode/deleted from it – in case you have any programmatic evidence it still does – we will be extemely thankful for it and will address it with utmost priority, but I am afraid as of now we still can see no link between Booster and website’s current behaviour,

    Please, kindly review our reasoning from our previous replies and let us know if you have managed to check the timeout errors and your page’s source

    Hi. My name is Narek and I am the Director of the Customer Care team. Nice to meet you. I am very sorry about all the inconvenience caused to you and I would like to apologize if the messages of our agent seemed to you some kind of rude.

    We would like to inform you that we have found what is causing the issue from the network. And as we previously insisted, it is not connected with the Speed Booster plugin. The reason why the website is loading so slow is that it is trying to load the following two files from starbor.org domain name and fails to do that:

    It fails to load them as the domain https://starbor.org doesn’t load at all. In order to fix them, follow the following steps:

    1. Clear Elementor cache: https://www.websitebuilderinsider.com/how-do-i-clear-elementor-cache/. If it doesn’t fix the issue, it means that the files mentioned above are hard coded on your side and you should go to step 2 below
    2. Either fix the issue with starbor.org to start loading again or replace the source for the following two links to load with your starbor.com.tr domain name. As you can see they are loading properly with your domain name: https://starbor.com.tr/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/css/widget-icon-list.min.css, https://starbor.com.tr/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/StarBor-Tanitim-Animasyonu-2023.mp4
