Want to remove attachments from sitemap

    • hi, I had disabled the option to include images in the sitemap, but when i check the sitemap it is showing attachment sitemap as well. How do i fix this

    Thanks for reaching out!

    All in One SEO gives you the option to redirect Media Attachment pages so that this content doesn’t appear in search engines.

    Here are the steps for redirecting attachment pages to the attachment itself.

    1. Click on?Search Appearance?in the?All in One SEO?menu and then click on the?Image SEO?tab.
    2. You should see the?Redirect Attachment URLs?setting
    3. Click on the Attachment toggle.
    4. Click on Save Changes
