Want to pass String Query with URL

I’m new to wordpress and PHP, I’m using bounce theme of wordpress. for registeration page, kindly visit https://ebelong.com/community/registerme. I’m using 5 fields for registeration and a Capactha too.

For some purpose, I want to pass the registeration through URL, i think post method, i try to explain it by this example,

https://abc.com/?usr=test&pwd=test&cnfrmpwd=test&usrname=test

I want to know the Query string which I have to used with my https://ebelong.com/community/registerme

Please help me
