Want to have a close Button

    I want to have a close button so that if user don’t select accept of cookie settings button, then he can close the popup at least. Can you please give me a cluse or the close class that I can add to close the bar ?

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    You can add a close button to the banner by adding the shortcode – [cookie_close] to the GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise Cookie Bar > Message box. The default behavior of the close button will be to accept the cookies. To change this behavior to simply close the banner without any action, you can use this code snippet in your site’s active child themes functions.php.
