want to find such theme

I tried many themes but still not find such functions.

It is quite simple , what I hope the theme can do is just have two sorting , one is by category , another one is by date , that mean user can read the article from the news clippings database by selecting category , or by date , no photo / video / image is required , would advise any theme can do that ? thanks
