want to display form entries on frontend

Hi,

I want to display submitted contatc form 7 entries on frontend based on users.

****Suppose user A submitted the form 1 then this user will see the submitted form 1 enteries on frontend and also edit form entries on frontend.

Same like this :

****Suppose user B submitted the form 1 then this user will see the submitted form 1 enteries on frontend and also edit form entries on frontend.

Is there any addons or any functionality is available?

I need your help its urgent!
