Want to create an WordPress site myself

    I am new about WordPress settings. I am seo professional and recently i have decided to create a wordpress site and to do seo for it.
    but i didn’t have enough knowledge how to create a domain reg. and where and web hosting etc.

    I want to create that site and want the site to be shown as Emizr.Com my another site. please take a look on the site and tell me if it is possible.
