Want to change the customer name in email

I want to show only the customer firstname in the abandonment email but its not working it picks the fullname. Any way to achieve it? I’ve tried by using Hi {{customer.first_name}},, but it doesn’t work.

Hi @saadkkhan , I believe you are trying to use the first name of your customer. However, you used the wrong shrotcode there. You should use {{customer.firstname}}.
