Want to change Text on sidecart

Hey there! yes I found it with LocoTranslate now. But now I need to change “No products in the cart.” But this doesnt seem to work with Loco, is it hard coded?

You can change this text in Customizer -> WooCommerce -> Mini cart -> General tab.
