Want to change hover to click or popup

    Is there an easy way to turn the hovers into a pop up window so that they don’t disappear when the cursor leaves the state?

    I have a clickable email address in the windows, but no one can click on them because of how the hover is set up.

    Hello,

    The hover popup has been designed to appear and follow the cursor from region to another. But fortunately you can add a link to the region so when a user clicks the region that will open the assigned link.

    In this case, you can insert the email in the “link” field for that region like this:
    mailto:[email protected]

    Note: Opening the email application depends on the user’s device and software.

    I will have more than one e-mail address in some of the pop ups, so I will need the capability to click on either one.

    Hello,

    We recommend keeping the hover popup content simple, and if you need to add more information with multiple links, it would be better to write that down in sections below the map and link each section to the clickable region of the map so once a user clicks a region the page will jump to the corresponding section which displays detailed information about that region.
