Want to change generated pdf to product name plus random

We’ve added your requests to our ticket system and hopefully will have them available for our next release.

With regards to the rectangle “Scale to Canvas Width”, this is the intended function. It will scale the object to a maximum of the design width and apply the same ratio to the height.
We will however create 2 new buttons “Stretch to Width” and “Stretch to Height” which will resize only the width or height of the object.

Thanks for the same. Awaiting for update. I also like to know how do i add my custom icons into clip art library. I have clients specific designs in EPS files. so i have all icons from design in vector graphics and can upload as SVG file. Just want to know where and how to add them into clip art section.

The “Local Clip art” feature is only enabled in the premium/paid edition of uDraw.

We just wanted to let you know that we have released our new version 2.5.3.
Some of the new additions include;
+ A friendlier PDF name ( product name ) in orders section
+ Ability to specify X,Y,Width,Height directly in uDraw designer while an object is selected
+ Ability to “Stretch to Width” and “Stretch to Height” objects in the uDraw designer.

Thanks for the update. I am actually not getting pdf name generated in udraw area. I asked to generate pdf name product name when customer preview in edit screen or can you just globally define, so whenever wherever place if pdf generates, it create based on product name ?

I am not sure in order section but i checking in product edit screen -> download pdf and its still generating udraw- named pdf file.

Also you didn’t put above functionality in change log. so update that too, so other knows that too.

There is also problem with ordering. I created one demo order and completed it from wp-admin. After that i am still not able to access pdf file. Also its not let me download jpg and pdf file.

I have updated to version 2.5.4 and i still found some bugs.

1) PDF is generating with udraw-design.pdf on product edit screen – donwload pdf. check here. – https://turnkeystage1.com.au/baysign/product/harcourts-busselton/

2) I ordered one design via cheque and made order completed from admin. Still i am unable to download PDF file from order area on front side. – https://prntscr.com/c1lhun

3) In admin order section, when i click on download pdf button. nothing happens. It just do some process and then stays on page. No pdf downloading or opening in new tab. – https://prntscr.com/c1lijs

I also saw other ticket with same issue which you answered that pdf bug is resolved but i am not getting it working anyhow.

if its about 1st point, yes it generates pdf but name remains udraw-design.pdf. it supposed to be product name.

I see now ! ??

We updated the name once the order is placed for the Download.

We will schedule this change for the Download PDF on the front end with our next release.
