Want to add Blog Post Date

Great plugin! I was wondering if it is possible to add the date of the post in addition to the post title? Ideally these would be on separate lines. So for example?
Post Date 1
Post Title 1Post Date 2
Post Title 2Post Date 3
Post Title 3etc…
Please advise!
