want less padding underneath text on grid page

Hello,

I love the Sela theme. Here is my site, work in progress:

Is it possible to lessen the padding that appears below the text on the grid page I am using to display my services? ( https://www.ireneammarcmt.com/services/ )

Currently there is a lot more space and I’d like the grid images to appear higher on the page so that you don’t have to scroll down to see them.

I appreciate any help with this!
