    Hi-

Great plugin, this is very solid and helpful. I have a question about where to manually add the theme code so I can have it appear in the top nav in between the logo and Home (please view link below). I did originally place it there as “top left” with a margin so it was appearing between the two but if the window zoom were smaller/larger it shifts around. I’d like for it to be permanently placed between the two assets mentioned above.

Happy to provide any additional info if necessary.

    Thanks in advance,

Thank you for your question. Did you try shortcode? That’s usually the best option in those cases.

Thanks for the quick reply. Where would I insert this shortcode?

In your theme’s “header.php” template file. In this case, use the PHP code “<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_SOCIAL_ICONS]’); ?>”

Thanks, I pasted that at the end of the header.php file and it just says “Array” about 3/4 up the page on the left side of my homepage. I have also tried placing it in a few other places but to no avail.

Is there a way I could hardcode it onto the nav? Maybe I could add it to a widget area? (Widgets just don’t seem to work for me, I’m not what I’m doing wrong there)

Yes there is probably a way, but this goes beyond the free support we can give here. It is essentially a theme issue. Have you tried contacting your theme creator?
