    There are only two conditions which need to be met prior to asking for a refund.

    1. After notifying us of a problem with Booking Ultra Pro and you have given our support staff a reasonable amount of time to work through the problem with you, you feel Booking Ultra Pro is not the best fit for your requirements.

    2. You’ve attempted to resolve any implementation issues with our support staff, giving them reasonable time to respond and they have not responded.

    Usually we accept negative reviews, however, this is unfair because you purchased the plugin on 1/24/2017, then you asked a refund the same day stating the following:

    Hi i just bought the BOOKING ULTRA PRO plugin and after installing it have realised that this is not the plugin for me. I would like a refund please

    It’s fine to ask for a refund, we understand it, however.. purchasing the software then ask for a refund and then leave a negative review all that the same day. That doesn’t make any sense and you didn’t even give us the opportunity to read your email.

    To the moderator: Sorry, i know this has to be resolved outside WP forums, but.. since the reviewer has the right to post this kind of reviews on this forum, I think we should have the opportunity to explain how things happened really.

    To recap:

    On 1/24/2007 you purchased the plugin, then few hours after the purchase you request a refund and you left a negative review. The reason of the negative review? I don’t know, if you could explain it that would help us a lot. Besides, you’re not reviewing the lite version not even the pro version.
