    You probably want to ask your question at https://en.support.wordpress.com/

    As this forum is for selfhosted wordpress installs.

    I guess you need the Domain update to use wordpress.com with aipglobal.co and configure the nameservers accordingly.

    For a selfhosted wordpress install on aipglobal.co: this has nothing to do then with wordpress.com

    It looks like you’re hosted on WordPress.com and not a self hosted site.

    It can be very confusing, but generally we can’t help you with issues on WordPress.com because their system is more limited as to what you can and cannot edit.
