Wanguard Key won't verify

    Hi,

    My Wanguard has stopped working and I’m getting the following error message:

    The key you entered could not be verified because a connection to wangguard.com could not be established. Please check your server configuration.

    Any suggestions for resolving this?

    Hi dice2dice,

    By default, WangGuard 1.6+ make a secure connection with WangGuard API (port 443).

    For fix your problem, you will need to deactivate secure connection:

    1.- Update to WangGuard 1.6.1
    2.- Go to WangGuard configuration and Disable secure connection to WangGuard API and save.
    3.- Save again the API Key
