wampserver reinstall

hi,
i just started usig wp, and am learning.
i had some problems with wamps server so I uninstall it and than install it again.
Now, when I try to go to my page i need to install wp again but I need to write page name and mail only becouse user already exists. After that there is page full of errors

“WordPress database error: [Table ‘yt.wp_users’ doesn’t exist]
CREATE TABLE wp_users ( ID bigint(20) unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment, user_login varchar(60) NOT NULL default ”, user_pass varchar(64) NOT NULL default ”, user_nicename varchar(50) NOT NULL d…..”

and in the and i get the password… but when i click Log in, its all the same again.
