    Hi, I have a problem just encountered, previously it worked perfectly, but not now, When a member tries to reload the wallet, a message appears that says: The product cannot be purchased, the cart is empty.
    can someone help me? thank you so much.

    @francescop89 Sorry for the delay in response.
    Maybe you have deleted or trashed or set to private wallet top-up product for the product list. Please disable our wallet plugin and check if the wallet top-up product is trashed/private if so then restore the product and check.
