Wallet in database

Hi, I want to use a script to sync two websites users, the other website is a php script , and each user have specified balance in it, i want to sync the balance part with your wallet, but as i see in database, all user Ids are same, can you help me and tell me which table is for your wallet, and how can i specify each user.
