Waiting Lists

    I am having difficulty moving bookings off the waiting list.
    At one point the event was fully booked.
    1 person went onto the waiting list.
    I manually deleted 1 booking.
    I was unable to move the person from the waiting list to the approved list.

    Since then a further person has cancelled via the link on sent emails, and another has been added which I cannot move from pending to approved.

    Can anyone suggest how to do this?
    I have tried “Approve Booking” and “Move booking off waiting list” but neither do anything

    When someone is on the waiting list, you first need to move him of the waiting list. And since that action is only available for “pending bookings”, you can approve the booking afterwards.
