When someone subscribes to the waiting list for an out of stock product, it says that it’s sent and gonna be emailed when back in stock. But this information goes nowhere. I don’t receive, as the website owner, any email or list on my dashboard saying that someone subribed to this list. Where does it go? How can I know when someone subscribed to this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Seems like you are using WooCommerce Waitlist plugin.

Have a look to the documentation of the module, it will surely help you out.

This post is outdated, there’s no such thing as WooCommerce > Settings > Products / Waitlist. I found the waitlist option in the menu so it’s ok for that. I double checked every email and options are well set and I don’t received any email when someone join the waiting list, or there’s no email sent to user when I send it manually with the plugin. It just doesn’t work at all except the message saying “you are subscribed the the waiting list” and that it appears when I go on the plugin waiting list.

    Hello,

In that case you can discuss this will the plugins providers, else if you are familiar with the Actions/ Filters then in the documentation they have mentioned few actions through which you can add this functionality also.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

As this is not part of the core WooCommerce plugin functionality, this is not the appropriate place for discussing the wishlist functionality.

If you are using the WooCommerce.com Wishlist extension, please open a support ticket under the account you purchased the extension under here:
    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket

On the other hand, if you are using a different plugin to add the wishlist functionality to your site, please contact the developers of the plugin you are using to ask about this.

    Thank you!
