Waiting List for Retirement Home

Hi all

I want to implement a waiting list feature on a WP Site for a client. The client is a Retirement Home which operates 2x waiting lists for it’s members.

One for new members wanting to get into the retirement home and another for existing members that want to relocate withing the home.

This is new to me, but basically I see it as needing a form for Admin to access to add/edit/delete the members details. A page where ‘members/users’ can see where they are on the list.

Admins should be able to see all list members, while actual waiting list members should only see where they are on the list and not see the details of other members.

Can anyone recommend how I can achieve this without having to do coding (which I’m not familiar with)?

Optional extra would be to add a payment method for applications for the initial list…
