    Hello!

    Is there any possibility to realize a waiting list?
    Overall we are looking for a solution for seminars with free attendance for members and paid tickets for externals. Each with a limited capacity. And is there an easy way for cancellation by the potential guest?
    I hope you can give some answers.

    Hello Felix,

    While the waiting list is currently unavailable, it is already in our development roadmap and will be launched in a future release.

    The booking cancellation option is available. You need to enable the “Allow Cancellations” option from the event settings before the cancellation option appears on the booking details page.
