waiting for post back from the API

Hi, having problems with this plugin – my hosts(siteground) looked into it and post this response from the debug log:

To my opinion the Smush It website is delaying the reply, since we are awaiting for post back from the API.

I have tried to run this several times over last several days and getting same delays/hangs.
