    So I don’t understand why you or any other Jetpack staff cannot solve my issue using this channel of communication?

    Hi @passegua – You’re not asking too much, some of the information we may need to share should be kept private. If you could try would you be able to flick an email over to [email protected] ?

    In the mean time I did try running your site through a speed test and it’s showing some slow load times: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/lnx.sinapsi.org/Dmr8zM8D

    The tracking pixel is used by our stats module, you could try disabling our stats module and then see if that speeds things up on your admin dashboard. To disable our stats module go to ‘Jetpack > Settings > Traffic’

    Let us know how you get on.

    While I don’t have issues with the admin side. I found this looking for “pixel.wp.com”

    I have noticed long execution times from pixel.wp.com combined with api.bruteforce.com public-api.wordpress.com accounts for 50% of my sites execution time.

    Wondering if there has been any definitive diagnostics or resolution to this very long wait times mentioned here?

    I have been building two sites and recently added JetPack to both. One of them is working fine (no noticeable slow downs), but the other went completely unresponsive after adding new products (632 total simple and variable) to the site using WP All Import. I have been using WPAI for a while and haven’t noticed any issues there, but until I deactivated the JetPack PI I was not able to use my site at all.

    Without the JetPack PI, all is fine and reasonable (normal) performance.

    Interest in hearing or any updates.

    I’m passing by the same problem. How to resolv this ???

    In my case I’m trying to update the JetPack plugin but is not possible, causing the following error.

    Still waiting a solution, since today, when updating Jetapack to ver. 5.6 I had to wait a long time (about 5 minutes!) reading on the bottom left corner: “waiting for pixel.wp.com”

    So I suppose this pixel.wp.com causes a delay in all admin operations!

    Any help?

    Hey @passegua! Did you contact us via our contact support form by any chance? As my colleagues Lam and Richard said earlier, it’s better for us if you could send us a traceroute from your computer and keep the info private through the contact form.
