waiting for localhost

  • I have the same problem, I am trying to run my site on localhost with xampp, I Imported my data base as it is in phpmyadmin, and I update wp-config file as above posts.. but the ” Waiting for Localhost” message occurs all the time it cannot display my site… please tell me the solution

  • You have a problem with your server. It does not appear to be running properly. Try posting on a forum dedicated to your server software.

    hey esmi, it is running properly, I also check my db by testdb.php it is also connected. I think I am placing the folder of wordpress web at right place. I have already installed a wordpress of another site which name is WORDPRESS and url is htdocs/wordpress and I m placing example_site folder at htdocs/example.. is it rite?

    It sounds right judging by your description.
