Yes, that worked! What may I ask was the issue? We have some sites that it works fine on and others that the close button will not work so it would be good to know moving forward.

Hello @fooey,

The version of ‘js-cookie’ used by our plugin is different from the version used by another plugin on your site, which causes a type mismatch of Cookies. And this breaks our plugin functionality.
