Waited 20 minutes for a backup to PressBackup

    Did you receive any error message?

    On the status bar, what task is mentioned: “creating xxx backup” or “sending backup xxxx” ?

    There was no error message. In a blue bar at the top of the page, it said it was performing a backup.

    I tried it on another installation (with new account) and it worked. But after the initial backup, the Backup Now and Backup Now (Download) buttons were no longer functional, so I could not perform a backup to download (I deleted the initial backup hoping to do some more testing. This limitation did not allow me to fully test the plugin’s capabilities.

    That’s okay though. I think that this plugin may be useful for someone who only has one site to manage with simple backups. I have several sites, and do not want to pay for your services at this time.
