{wacv_customer_name} Shortcode

  • Hello,

    The {wacv_customer_name} shortcode that is used for the Abandoned Cart Template in the Email Template Customizer, is sending an email to the User’s Nickname and not to the User’s First Name or First + Last name.

    Is this intentional? or is it something that needs to be corrected?

    Ideally, I would prefer if I could address the person by First Name.

    Only the premium version of the Abandoned cart plugin allows you to send customized email templates through the Email template customizer plugin. Therefore, let us know which version of the abandoned cart plugin you are using.
