I’m using we total cache and AO, although the minify option is disabled and HTML minify in AO is also disabled, I am still facing this issue ??

    Hello @farihaz

    Thank you for the information.
As you are using AO, disable minify in Performance>General settings, save all settings, and purge the cache. Make sure to delete the /cache/minify/ folder in your wp-content.
You should not use more than one solution for minifying. And yes there is an issue sometimes when AO HTML minify is enabled because W3 Total Cache loads it’s minified library even when disabled so you should disable HTML minify in AO as well.
Please let us know if the issue persists after these steps so we can check the website again.
    Thanks!

Yes, I am using AO, and Html minify is disable in AO. And in W3 total cache minify option is also disabled.
But still, I am facing this issue…

    Hello @farihaz

Can you please share the screenshot of the Performance>General settings and share them?
I can see that minify is still enabled. Also please make sure to disable cache for logged in users in Performance>Page cache, save all settings, and purge the cache because I can see the admin toolbar on the page cached.
    Thanks!

    Hello @farihaz

Just upload the image to Imgur for example and share the link here.
Can you also please temporarily disable AO, and purge the cache and see if the issue persists while W3 Total Cache is enabled?
    Thanks!

I just deactivated the AO plugin, but the issue is there

    Hello @farihaz

Have you purged the cache after disabling AO?
Try doing that and see if the issue persists. If it does, disable the enabled settings in Performance>General settings one by one, save all settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue.
This is very strange because you only have Page Cache, Object Cache, and Browser Cache enabled and this has nothing to do with the background images.
Also please double check if you are using CDN and purge the CDN also.
    Thanks!

    Hello @farihaz

If the issue is still there after W3 Total Cache is deleted then the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache.
    Thanks!
