w3total cache is causing internal server error

recently i have installed this plugin but it has completely messed up my website even if i i delete those files the error doesnt go and my site is down from past 2 days please some one help me ..my sales are going down …and one more error i get is that under php processses i get certain never ending process with usr/bin/php .i would greatly appreciate help .
